Can you help with maintenance?
We certainly can. We have options that cater to each customers needs. Primarily we conduct most of our maintenance during spring and fall.
How often do I need to change my air filters?
Typically filters will last at least 30 days, and some filter styles can offer up to 90 days. Call us for a recommendation on which filter to use.
When I need someone to come out how long will it take?
It will depend on what service you need. If you would like a quote, they typically take less than 1.5 hrs. Small service repairs can take as little an 1 hour and up to 4 in extreme cases. Replacement of equipment is usually done in one full day.
Do you offer service plans?
Yes, we offer service plans that include both our plumbing and HVAC department. The HVAC department will come in spring for the summer maintenance and fall for winter maintenance. Members of our plans receive special pricing on service repairs.
